We hereby inform you that as per regulation 15(2) of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in regulations 17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27and clause (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V, is not applicable to the Company as the paid up capital of the Company is Rs.74,04,800/- ( Rupees Seventy Four Lacs Four thousand eight hundred ) and Net worth is Rs.92,69,527 (Rupees Ninety Two Lacs Sixty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Seven ) as on 31st March 2024. So the paid up capital of the company is less than Rs.10 crore and Net worth is less than Rs.25 crore as on 31/03/2024.The Paid up capital and Networth of previous three financial years are following :-
